If the product is defective, you are protected and can make a claim, the procedure:

  • Within 30days of receiving the product contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement.
  • We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.
  • If Approved, we will refund or resend the item, you may also be asked to return the product.

Will I need to send the products back to sjdlace.com?  

Only the high value products determined by our service team need to be sent back. If it is not a high value item, you can keep the faulty product.

If you need to return the product, we will discuss with you about the most cost effective way to return ship it to us and give you the full instructions including our address.

All the products must be returned to the warehouse they were dispatched from. 

  • Products ordered from our US warehouse must be returned back to the related overseas warehouse.
  • Products ordered from our Chinese CN warehouse must be returned back to the CN warehouse.

All shipping fees imposed during or after returning are the responsibility of the customers.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It will take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
