Potential Shipping Delays

Currently, most fabric orders will be processed within 5-10 working days.

With the spread of COVID-19 and a greater burden on our shipping partners, we are seeing some of our delivery schedules increase. We can not currently predict a possible delivery interruption locally. Please understand that this is a temporary issue, and we apologize for any inconvenience. In addition to the package tracking information we provide, you can also contact customer service with any questions about your order.

Our customer service will promptly deal with shipping delays caused by virus prevention measures.

Health & Safety

Based on the recommendations of the CDC and the government, we implemented the following procedures to protect our employees and customers:

  • Our facilities are thoroughly disinfected regularly, between shifts
  • Workers on site have protective equipment (such as masks) and practice social distance
  • If any employee feels sick or has a fever, do not report work

If you are concerned about the spread of COVID-19 in packaging, a study on March 17 showed that the coronavirus can last 24 hours on cardboard and 72 hours on plastic. This time frame is shorter than standard delivery, which greatly reduces or eliminates the possibility of your infection from contaminated packaging.
