International Shipping & United States Shipping 

CN Warehouse Shipping Rate:

  • Free Shipping Zone: China, Hong Kong SAR China, Japan, Malaysia, Russia, South Korea, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom, Brazil, Australia, Canada, United States.
  • Other zone: $8 /piece(1piece=5 yards=1.3 kg), for example, if you buy 2 pieces fabric that ship to the rest of the free shipping zones, you need pay $16, so on and so forth.

US Warehouse Shipping Rate:

ONLY Free shipping to US. Not supported in other zones.

Shipment processing time

Our US warehouse is in Perth Amboy, NJ, USA, the CN warehouse is in Guangdong Province, China, and actual delivery time may be even sooner depending on your address. Once your item ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

The delivery time is 3 to 15 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur for some uncontrollable reasons. If your package logistics information is not updated in time, please wait a few days. If it hasn't updated for three days, please contact us. We will help you solve any problems until you receive the package and are satisfied with the product.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 72 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

All fees (tariffs, taxes, etc.) imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customers.

Damages

sjdlace.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or us to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
